Hi everyone,
I'm glad to be a part of the Frugal Village!
How did you hear about frugal village?
I was just doing a Google search for simple and frugal living, and came across the site that way.
What interests you here?
Simple living, one-income living (in this case, I am the one income while my husband is in grad school!), recipes, gardening ideas, and debt reduction.
Do you know any other members here?
Not yet, but I am hoping to meet some new people here!
How many kids? Ages?
No kids yet, but hopefully soon.
Tell us about yourself.
I'm an aspiring writer, and I am also learning more about cooking and gardening. I have a knack for computers and almost anything mechanical, so I am ready and willing to help out with that!
Do you own any pets?
I have three cats. Bear and Jazmine are 3 years old, and we have had them since they were 6 months old. MJ is our most recent addition. She is 6 years old, and we took her in about a month ago for a friend who could no longer keep her. It has been quite an adventure trying to get them to get along!
SAHM or Working mom?
Very hard-working wife. My official job title is mailroom clerk, but I am really a jack of all trades... I do a little bit of everything! (Now, whether or not I get paid enough for it is a different story!)
Married or single?
Married since 12/31/02.
Interests and hobbies?
Writing and reading stories and poetry, cats, cooking, gardening, photography, and computers.
