    How did you hear about frugal village? I did a Google search.

    What interests you here? I want to talk to others about debt reduction, keeping on track with finances, and just generally keeping better tabs on my money. My husband also just got laid off, and while he got a good severance package, I want to make sure we don't fall any deeper in the hole while he's looking for work.

    Do you know any other members here? No.

    How many kids? Ages? Three -- Charlotte is 7, Madeline is 5 and Benjamin is 2 1/2.

    Tell us about yourself. I live in Northern NJ with my family. I work part-time at home for a consulting firm, and also sell quilt fabric on the side.

    Do you own any pets? One cat, Paprika (9 months old)

    SAHM or Working mom? Work-at-home mom.

    Married or single? Married since 11/7/92.

    Interests and hobbies? Writing, reading, quilting, cooking.
