Default DH Doesn't need to be asked........

Does anyone else have a dh who will just take charge and do what needs to be done around the house? I never need to ask him to do the laundry, unload the dishwasher, swiffer, change the littler, etc.... He just knows. So as I sit and play on the computer today, he is doing all of this. Bless his heart!

    I wish.....

Actually dh will cook and do laundry, but I know he really doesn't like to do it. I wish I could get him to sort light from dark, and avoid putting towels in with dark things (LINT!). He does hang laundry outside which I guess I should not take for granted!

If we are getting ready for guests, however, he chips right in and cleans with me. And he is more effective than I am at getting ds and dd to help out.

My dh is on vacation from work this week and he has been making breakfast every morning, (waffles, pancakes, biscuits, etc.) loading and unloading the dishwasher and helping take care of the dgrandchildren. I think I'll keep him.

My dh is a keeper too. He does whatever needs to be done and is such a hard worker. I'm so proud of him

Yep, my DH does the housework unasked. The only things he won't do are the ironing and sewing, everything else he has no problems with.
