    Default WHOO...Got an offer on our house!

    We got an offer on our house this morning...we listed the house for 95,000 (repairs made...carpet and paint etc)

    Well we got an offer this morning of 82,000 as is...we just pack up and go away

    I think we may take it....I'll post an update tomorrow after our meeting with our realestate agent.
