Anyone else do this?
Okay, this is totally random, but it just popped into my head as I made my way through the bedroom to the lamp on the nightstand.
When I'm walking in complete darkness and reaching for something, I always close my eyes. Why do I do that? It's already pitch black! Yet, I always close my eyes!
Am I alone in that, or does anyone else do that, too?

Missy, I know that feeling that you're talking about. I think because my eyes can't focus it gives me that really strange feeling in my head. Is that goofy?

Yep, I close mine in the pitch dark, too. Maybe we're being frugal and conserving our use of vision-- as if there's a limit?!

Okay ladies, everyone step away from your computers and have a rest.
I often walk out of the bedroom first thing in the morning in pitch black. I have my eyes open and my hand in front of me to feel for the wall, which I walked into once.

I have my eyes wide open. It is never pitch black with the street light shining in so my eyes can get adjusted to the darkness a bit.
