    can't really explain it because it is just a bunch of regular keyboard characters monkeyed around with and stuck together to look nice. The easiest thing to do to make one yourself is to cut and paste and put your own name in, and change (or not) any of the characters you might want.

    Like this:

    ..¸(`'·.¸(`'·.¸~¸.·'´)¸.· '´)¸
    «·*¨`*~ - Dee- ~*´¨*·»
