Default I was just wondering....do you think you're happier now than you were in your

pre-frugal days? (unless ofcourse you were born frugal)

I know that I am. I didn't realize it then but by not being frugal and mindful of our expenses to the point I now am made my life much harder. Wish I would have known then what I know now.

I think I was born happy. I was happy pre-frugal but it was a wild happiness fired by ambition. I don't think I was ever content before. I'm really content now and satisfied that I'm doing the right thing for me and Dh.

I do have one pre-frugal regret, and that is that I regret everything I wasted. If I could have my time over again, I'd do everything I did then but I wouldn't waste a thing.

i am a lot less stressed about money and less stress makes momma happier. things are still tight, but there is money in savings, and i can put money in savings every time dh gets paid instead of once or twice ayear. couldn't do that in pre-frugal days.

I am happier trying to be frugal. My biggest challenge is being consistent. When I have a frugal day or make good choices financially I feel so much more in control and relaxed.

I am much happier now. During my pre-frugal days I was always stressed out about bills, and now I'm not. I know what we can do and what we can't do, and I'm now contenet with that. Much better!

I have always been frugal but I do feel happiness when I can save an extra amount or I find big bargain.

Yes I am much happier now because we've achieved our goals because of our frugality.

My one regret is that I wasted so many $$ on foolish things. Had I put most of that into savings we would be much better off today.
