Yesterday when I was loading groceries in the car, I noticed that one of the rear tires was fixing to blow out. It had a slice where the wires were wearing through. Just great! I called DH and told him and he said be careful driving it home.
Last month we bought 2 new tires for the front of the car. Well, today we took it to get 2 more tires on the rear of the car. I was expecting to have to purchase more tires. I didn't budget for it that's for sure, but I am glad we had the money to purchase them without charging them.

Oh man, I dread money going to unexpected things like that. Happy you didn't have to charge it, but I hear ya. It's the pits shelling out money for repairs.
A necessary bill though. Glad you noticed it when you did.
I am glad I noticed it too Sara. I would have been out of the interstate trying to fix it because we live in a small rural town and I have to travel to the nearest city to shop. That would have been insane and unsafe.

Glad you noticed it. That could have been scary if you didn't! Its the pits having to buy stuff like that when you are not "ready" to. At least you had $ to cover and didn't have to charge.
