Just need to vent....
URRRRG!!!!
I can't believe I f@#ked up again!
Somehow I made about a $150.00 error in the checkbook and now Ido not have enough to cover my house payment that has to be paid today...
I hate it when I think everything is going ok and then I find that we spent too much here and there and we a re flat broke!!!!
Now I have no clue how I am going to make my house payment...not to mention the other little bills that are due this week...

gosh, I'm sorry. I've been there.
Try not to be late on your mortgage. I'd take away from some of the "little" bills to make the mortgage......it's a bigger deal on your credit report than others.
Hoping next month's better for you.

Yes, I've been there. Good advice to be sure to do the house payment over the others --

I'm so sorry, I feel for you... I swear I am ALWAYS juggling things! DH and I were talking about bills last night and he made a joking comment about me not managing money (joking because he knows I CAN, but that would get to me! LOL) and I told him that I was the MASTER of money management because no one can juggle and come up with cash like me! I always feel like there is NEVER enough $$$ to pay everything that needs to be paid all at once...and there probably isn't.
It's been said before, but my best advice would be to always put your house payment first. Most utility companies offer payment arrangements provided you don't call them to ask about it the day of shutoff...lol I have done that before and it isn't pretty!
Best of luck

makes ya want to bang your head on your desk doesn't it? but that would be another bill for teh bump on your head. hang in there, mistakes happen.
like the others have said, house payment should be first and try to make arrangements for the other little bills.wife to carl

Sorry to hear about this Chrissy. Do you still have money in your Emergency Fund? If you do this will qualify as an emergency. I would use the EF money to make up the difference that you are short and then work on building it back up again.
I hope it all works out for you.

Well, as much as I hate to say it...I am going to have to pay the payment late tonight (they are open until 11:00 pm eastern time)...I can pay it check by phone...that way it hopefully won't hit the bank until my direct deposit posts in the morning..
My mom was going to let me pay it on her CC and pay her back tomorrow but the Mortgage company doesn't take Credit Cards....
oh, and my emergency fund...I forgot to update my siggy, as a favor to my mother I loaned that money to my brother when he and his new wife had no food, gas money etc.. a few weeks ago (the father of her boys is behind on child support payments)Grocery Challenge $123.37/200
