Talking I had my frugal tip published in Budget Living!

I get a free subscription to Budget Living magazine, and they have a "Tip Jar" department where you can submit frugal tips. I sent them my tip about reusing the magnets in shower curtains and they published it in the April-May issue. They don't pay for tips but it's still cool to see my name in print, LOL.
I try to send in tips to various magazines when I have a good idea. I had a tip published in Healthy Kids when my daughter was young, and that paid $25. Some magazines pay $75 per idea, and I have seen some people get their tip published in two magazines during the same month, so it's a good way to get a little surprise pocket money.
