i have not used netgrocer before i have used peapod before. peapod is affliated with stop and shop. it looks to be a similar service though netgrocer used fedex and peapod has it's own trucking service. peapod was very useful to me at the time because i didn't drive and during the winter in CT it wasn't always possible to lug 2 kids to the grocery store in a wagon with snow and ice on teh ground.
compare prices between them and your grocery store, and keep in mind the shipping charges. it may still cost you more to shop with them even after taking in concideration the creidt you get with upromise. they also only deliver nonperishable items so you would still have to make trips to your local store. if it is going to cost you more to get your nonperishables through them, i probably wouldn't bother and just look for other ways to use upromise.
