Default I am doing the unspoken today!

I have to go run errands which includes a grocery store trip... AND *gasp* I am taking ALL the children with me lol

This is gonna be a fight! Maybe I will luck out and find marked down lunchables!

I use to take them all with me everywhere all the time, but the last few weeks I haven't taken all of them out without hubby. I have been doing errands when the older 2 are at school or when hubby is around. We have quite a bit to do so wish us luck!

Lol, I made it back with all 4, oh I mean five They were good so I splurged and took them to lunch. We didn't spend too much either. Got some shoes for my son for $6 and a teacher gift marked down to $3. It was a sucessful mission

Glad to hear that you survived! We went through a period here when I wouldn't take my ONE daughter to the store with me.... I can't imagine five at once!

You are far braver than I ever was. I still won't take all three of mine at once!

I too have 5 children, and I DO NOT take them all to the grocery store--or really any other stores for that matter--with me. I will take one, maybe 2, but NOT all 5 unless DH is with me. Too much fighting and carrying on, I can't concentrate on my shopping. I usually grocery shop on days that DH is off work

You are brave! I rarely take my two out alone without Gabe with me.

Alexandra is a handful because she doesn't want to sit in a cart anymore and both want to push the cart and see things too.

Most of the time, I try to hit the store alone or with backup. lol

I think it's wonderful you took them all.

Great news to hear that you all made it back in one piece. Once when all 3 of mine were 6 and under I took them all to Wally World (when the baby was about 4 weeks old). I got so rattled that I left the store in a hurry and left all my paid for items at the check out! I didn't even notice. When I got home, got unloaded, fed and diapered the baby they called me and said "um Mrs. C. you left your merchandise at the checkout". I said "Oh really?!", being honestly surprised. I live 25 minutes away so I said well put it at the customer service desk and I'll come back and get it, someday.... Took me about 2 weeks to get that stuff. So I KNOW of which you speak......

My mom always took us grocery shopping every week, all 5-6 or 7 of us. Boy did she have a LOT of rules! You had to keep hold of the cart at all times!

I'm sure it wasn't fun for her, but we were the best behaved kids you ever saw in a store!

    You go girl!

I only have 2 (at the current moment lol) and I can take the older one, but the younger one...... forget it. She makes me nuts all by herself.
