Smile Who really enjoys talk radio?

I listen to talk radio most of the day. Weekdays are pretty much the same Doug Stephens Good day or local, Glenn Beck, Dr. Joy Brown and sometimes Phil Hendrie & Sean Hannity.

Weekends are local shows and The Handyman Show,Trouble Shooter Tom Martino, Bruce Williams.

Any more radio listening hounds out there?

    Me. Me. Meee!

Virtually the only time I listen to music radio is at work. (I do listen to CDs, just not music radio.) I have XM in both cars and in my house and listen to it a lot. I also listen to old-time radio and similar, but new, radio theater.

I used to listen to WGY a lot, but not very much anymore. I like WAMC and NPR, too.

I used to ALL DAY! Then I discovered books on tape at the library.
THEN........I had the baby & now I only have small sections of the day that I can listen..undisturbed.

In the car, I *always* listen to talk radio.

I love talk radio. I listen to NPR most of the time on the weekends. I listen to different internet radio stations during the day (if I'm not talking to people) and If I get a chance I listen to reruns of This American Life online as well as other radio documentaries.

I listen to the radio all day. In the morning I listen to Laura Ingraham, then Rush, then Dave Ramsey, then dh turns on Michael Medved (sometimes Sean Hannity), then a few minutes of Hugh Hewitt. (all on different stations). What can I say, I'm a conservative

Some days this is the only adult conversation I get! Of course I don't listen to all of this every day, but many days. Then on the weekends we listen to Car Talk and Brain Brew on NPR. We're one of the only families I know that listens to the radio more than we watch t.v!

I like talk radio too. My favourite station is Radio National. They have an eclectic mish mash of everything such as interviews, (mainly authors, politicians and ordinary people, never celebrities) science, book readings - they are doing Walden this week, in depth news, travel, media reports, philosophy, a little music.
Here's a link to it, they have an online thingo as well.

Our truck radio is on talk radio. I'd listen to it more, but when we all hop into the truck, the kids immediately have their own requests for music. lol
