    Default Frugal gone horribly wrong!

YIKES! I decided to highlight my hair on my own. I have colored my hair for years. Well, I couldn't get my short hair pulled through the cap, so I decided to go for the drama. Well, now I have that skunk look. I am pacing waiting for DH to get home so I can go pay someone to rescue me!!!!!

Cheryl, I think a lot of us have been there before. Can't tell you how many times I have done the Dennis Rodman look and I even tried red once!

Hope you can get it fixed how you want it.

    You play, you pay.
Seriously though, I'm sure your hairdresser can make that skunk look into sheek in no time.

Well, the upside of this is that I have found THE hairdresser. She fixed the skunk look, gave me new color and highlights and she was wonderful! She even cut it for me and didn't charge me! She told me once the 'goof' was grown out, we could just go for partial highlights and let my gray blend in! This is what I have been going for all along! Yippee! I can go in public without scaring dogs and small children!!! (Of course my 7 year old loved it)

awww....does that mean we don't get to see any BEFORE pics??

Glad it turned out so well. You know, you think you're not a very vain person and then something screws with your hair and life is over.... I've soooo been there!

oh I am so sorry!! I have been tempted to highlight my hair on my own before and have always passed. Now I'm glad I did.

Glad you got it taken care of!

I think we should have a village gallery--- cheap haircolor gone bad! I'd be able to contribute a pic of the time my blond hair went totally red. And remember a long time ago when Debbie had purple hair for a week? I think we've all BTDT at some time!
