How are you working at getting it down and do you take b/p pills on a regular basis?

I don't really have high blood pressure, but do have a heartbeat way too fast. I'm on 50 mg pill a day of lopressor which also lowers blood pressure a bit. It has helped me sleep and feel better plus gain weight.
