Okay, I admit it, I'm a sucker
The preschool where I work 2 days a week, and where DD#2 goes to school, had a silent auction. Each class did a project with the kids hand prints etc. Our class made a floor cloth and kitchen towels. I did the kids handprints and them made them into butterflies and flowers.
Well, DD#2s class did an apron with the kids handprints on it. I debated all week about bidding on it. Well, I did. and I won, $45. A $45 apron!!!! LOL! I'll have to take it to the cleaners and have it put in one of those boxes you put wedding gowns in!
Oh well, the money all goes to replace the playground equipment for the 2 year olds, so it is a good cause. And I will forever have my DD's little handprint.
Hey! I might squirrel this away and give it to her as a shower gift when she gets married. LOL!
