AmyBoz (or anyone else) did you watch CHARMED

Tonight was the season finale......of course it was almost the SERIS finale. I am so glad that at the last minute they decided to do a season 8. I hate to admit it, but you could just about tell the directors weren't sure if they would make it back next year.

Anyway, what did you think of it. I will have to watch it again as soon as the NBA playoffs are over and it reairs on TNT.

where do I begin, first of all did you see last weeks show? It picks up where that one left off.

~Short version is that they try to get there book back (which doesn't happen until the last 5-10 mins. of the show). In the meantime they hide at school so Zankou can't get to them. An elder tells them there is a spell they didn't know of to destroy the nexus which is what Zankou is after in the first place.
~Twice they get into the house to try to get the book back and each time Zankou steals a power. (First Phoebes then Pipers). Thinking its the end They take the boys to their dads along with the deed to the house & the club, bank info and the boys schedules. In the meantime Leo goes to Darryl for help to ask him to stop the cops from going in the house. He promised his wife this would be the last time he helps the sisters.
~Zankou finally can get into the school and tries to get Paiges power......the girls disappear. Paige says "the astral projecting worked" and Piper looks up toward heaven & say's "Thank you Prue"
~Homeland security is about to storm the house (They caught Zankou killing Sheridian on tape in the attic when she went to confront the sisters) Darryl tells them to wait. The girls look out the window scared to death and the main agent sees them in the attic window.
~You see the sisters in the basement over the nexus saying the spell to release it. Zankou tells them to stop, says it himself and it takes him over. He say's they can't stop him, they say wanna bet. They say the spell to destroy a "Suxen" (nexus backwards).
Zankou is about to die, Phoebe say's this is it and you see a shot from outside where smoke comes pouring from the basment.
~The swat team storms the house and give the all clear. Darryl say's thank goodness know one was home, and then he learns that the sisters were in the house and is about to cry.
~Leo runs thru the crowd to try to get to the house but they won't let him pass the barricade because he has no ID.
~Walking back thru the crowd you hear a young woman ask "What happened in there". You see 3 young girls. The girl then say's "Gee, I hope no one died in there". Leo turns around and looks at her and say's "Do we know each other" the one girl say's "I hope so, after all I'm your wife"
~They hide in the bush show Leo its really them and tells him this is their chance to start over and lead normal lifes since everyone (including Demons) thinks they are dead. They change Leo's appearce as well.
~After that, Darryl is walking out of the manor and very shaken that the girls died, he looks to the right and sees the 3 young girls and a young guy walk off. One of them looks at him and grins and he knows who they are.
~The door shuts like all seasons enders.

I just looked to see if it would be on TNT this weeks. This Tuesday on TNT they are showing the "Pandoras box" episode as well as the one where the ugly woman took over Phoebe.

Next Tuesday is NBA playoffs so no Tuesday night show

Hopefully it will be on TNT's Tuesday night showing in about 3-4 weeks. Hopefully WB will play it again before then though.

Wow I haven't seen Charmed in so long I have no idea what you were talking about but it makes me want to wacth it on TNT to catch up!

Season one is replaying as the 9am weekday show

Season 5 is on as the 6pm show

and on Tuesday's at 10pm when there isn't an NBA game they play the current season newest show. It's usually the one that just aired the previous Sunday, but since the NBA playoffs are on they are a few weeks behind.

I went for about 2-3 years without seeing it as I couldn't get WB on my satellite dish, then I was channel surfing and saw it one night on TNT during the 5th season and saw where it was on during the day, so that is how I played catch up.

oh yeah, I forgot....They (the sisters) also said that it was time for them to start focusing on the next generation and to get the boys ready for their destiny.

I watched the tape I had but the sound was messed up on it so I will definatly be keeping watch to see when it comes on TNT or reruns on WB.
