    Talking I'm going to a spa! (UPDATED AT END)

    Very un-frugal.... very very un-frugal.....

    But, DH got a spa package for me and for my mom for Mother's Day.  We're going in a limo for a day of pampering tommorow.  I'm so excited- I've never done anything like this before.   I know he spent WAY too much money on this, but, he insisted on doing it, so I guess I'll just have to go and enjoy it.

    It was WONDERFUL! We had full massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.

    The massage was wonderful, of course, and very relaxing. The facial was, well, interesting, lol. I'd never had one, so I didn't realize how many steps it involved-- at once point she was running this thing over my face that felt like she was buffing it, then more creams and lotions, then there was this steam thing pointed at me for about five minutes-- I didn't care for that part too much, as it made me feel like I couldn't breathe right. But, in the end my skin was glowing, so it was worth it.

    It was so nice to be pampered like that-- I've never done anything close to that before, and I doubt I will again. (I found out how much he paid! ) It was a great day~ one I hope everyone gets to experience at least once in their life!

    Amy, I would imagine that your dh thought you were well worth the price of that pampering spa!! So glad you enjoyed it.
