Kept myself busy today

First we went to Walmart for some seeds and petunias, wound up getting a fern too.

Then we went to Hobby Lobby and got some seasonal cups for the kids and each a pencil (they were promised these as end of the school year gifts...spent a whole wholling 35 cents per kid.) They love getting these cups and new pencils.

And then we came home and I made lunch...tomato soup, grilled chz sandwhiches, and salad. angry baby in his crib

fed baby and he fell asleep

then i went out and planted the plants. even the fern in a shady spot on the west side of the house.

sent the kids out to play while i fed baby.

while baby napped in his bassinette, I moved some of the brick work from the south side of the house, put it on unfinished concrete pad and messed around a little with patterns. I still have to move 2/3 of the brick work. Filled int he empty space left by the moved bricks with mulch (we still have piles all over the place of it from last summer

)

Hung a plant hanger and hung up a hanging basket. have seeds soaking over night to go into that planter tomorrow. (baby still napping in his bassinette)

put a load of laundry in each machine and put away the folded laundry of the kids that had been accumulating in the laundry room baby still napping in his bassinette)

phone conference with ds1's need parennt support teacher for his homeschooling program. fed baby while on the phone

made dinner : breaded turkey cutlets, cuscus (spelling?), and corn. baby in bouncy chair with music on

got ds1 and dd bathed

played with baby trying to get him to relax enough to feed him. He was grouchy by now and sick of the snuggly thingy i tried out using with him

watched a news special the local news channels worked together on about a drug problem in town while rocking baby

cleaned up after dinner

dh came home

then i baked...from scratch...a chocolate cake. after it came out, we had warm cake for dessert.

kids put to bed.

mommy freeeeee time on the computer!!

man, i am worn out, rofl
