    Default Aaargh!

    So, two weeks ago at Julia's end of the year party for pre-school, one of the Mom's approached me about a playdate for Julia at her house with her daughter. I am positive we agreed on today. Anyway, I was going to call last night to confirm, but our power went out until midnight, which meant that the phones weren't working. So, I just called and she said that she has us down for tomorrow. Aaargh! I took the day off today so that I could take her. Granted, it's only curriculum writing, but still, I was getting paid to do it. I'll have to see if my mother can possibly take her tomorrow. It's just frustrating!

    Well, as a matter of fact, as I hit send with that post, she called back saying that today might work out better for her after all and asking if Julia could come today instead of tomorrow. Worked out great! Thanks for all of your well wishes!
