    Default Back from vacation

    Hi everyone, we got back from vacation last night and man you guys have been busy....I have 18 pages to catch up on.

    We spent 3 days in New Hamsphire and then went to Maine for 2 days.
    We had some hot weather...was in the high 80's and 90's all week.
    Of course when we went to the beach it was kind of cloudy..not the best day to work on your tan..

    We went to Santa's Village, Polar Caves. We went on the Gondola rides (ski lifts) that was pretty cool and had some awesome views of Mt. Washington.
    We went to see what was left of the Old Man of the Mountain..not much.
    We went moose sighting..only seen 2 moose this year.
    There is more houses being built out in the moose area.
    Of course we went to the antique shops, just bought 2 more crocks for my collection. Seen some really nice antique furniture but it wouldn't fit in the car.

    Went to Pomtpon Beach in Maine for 2 days, just relaxed on the beach while dh did some fishing. Water was so cold, felt like ice water.
    We had a really nice time.

    One of the moose that we seen, the other one did not come out of the woods so we couldn't get a picture of him

    Glad you have such a nice time. The pictures are gorgeous. I really like that area of NH. I'll have to look into going to that beach in ME.
