CamCorder question

I have a Samsung camcorder that uses Hi-8 tapes. I need to record on these and then transfer to a vcr. I can't find any of my cables. I heard there is a VCR type tape that you put a Hi-8 into and pop it into a vcr and then record onto a vhs as you would copy any vhs tape. where can i find such a thing?? otherwise if it isn't something i can get ahold of, how do I find new cables? can i just pick up a new cable that goes from my camcorder to a vcr? (origionally one DID come with it, thanks to the kids there isn't one anymore that we can locate)

I have seen the VCR tapes at Wal-mart. You just place your tape inside the VCR tape and pop it in the VCR. You may try Circuit City or Best Buy too.

You might look on the Samsung website and see if you can't order a replacement cord. Or even check at the above stores.
