    Default new to the board

    hi my name is patty and im a stay at home mom to my baby Kira who is 11 months old.I am married 8 years now been together 11 to Jay who is an awesome guy: we are drowning in debt unfortunately,and i am looking for a different way to live in order to change our situation-i know that this is better for us to be frugal, and i have read Deboragh Taylor Hoagh's books,well two at least.This looks like a lovely site i have browsed through it.Kira is napping but im not sure for how much longer,and Jay is working til about six(eastern we are in new york)today.sorry for the babble fest!but i wanted to jump on and introduce myself, i havent read many of the board messages yet, but i will -i am happy to be here.

    thank you so much ladies for the welcome! I just jumped on to check my email and it was a nice suprise to see a welcome from so many. I am a fledgeling at at managing money,even though my husband and i have been together for a decade now,(though for a lot of people thats not a long time!)and i hope to learn from my mistakes this time.well i am off to bed-thanks again!

    hi Dixie!-hi everyone!I am on the north shore of long island.right in the middle of the island.we actually may be thinking of moving soon relocating to Maryland if we find we like it we are going down next weekend to visit.I love long island but we need to start over and Jay has found a good job there and we have friends there.
