Ughh -- dh and I are FINALLY on the same shift. Wouldn't you know it, someone at work got hurt and they need dh to step up. Its only "temporary" but this injured worker is dh's uncle and ALWAYS looking for an exscuse to call in and skip out so I'm sure he'll drag it out for as long as possible.
I work from 6a - 230p and now he'll be working from 4p - 2a. I'm glad he's working and all but just needed to vent!!

I worked night shift (11pm-7am) for years and years, I know just what you mean. You feel like you aren't part of the population when on that shift. All I did then was work and sleep it seems.
Hope this is a short stint for your hubby.
