    Default My DS did it all my himself!

    Today I let my 5 yo DS dress himself alone for the first time. It was SO cute, he was all excited when he was able to snap and zip his jean shorts himself, but when I checked, he had forgotten to put on his underwear, LOL.

    He did really well, and I'm proud of him. I still had to straighten out his socks for him and fold down the collar on his shirt, but other than that, he figured things out.

    This may sound gross, but he also did good at wiping his own fanny after going #2, and washed his face with a washcloth, which I just taught him to do (he had been using wipes instead).

    Yay for growing up! =)
