    Thumbs up Well my Dr is happy

    Well I went to see the lung Dr yesterday and he was pleased. I lost 10 lbs in a month and he wants me to lose another 45 lbs. We'll see if I can do it. I didn't even know I had lost the weight. I'm hoping if I lose the weight it will help me with the arthritis. There are days that I can hardly move, because its in my hips and knees. He thinks it will help with my breathing.we'l see
