Just when I think things couldn't get worse......

the a/c unit goes crazy!! UGH!! We can't call anyone out until tomorrow so we are going to sweat to the chirps of crickets tonight.

We did have an a/c window unit out in the shed, so me and the boys put it in today and it is cooling a little. We have everything closed off and will sleep in the LR.

Got any fans? Might make it a lil cooler while you sleep... I hate being hot while I sleep.

Hope you can get it fixed as quick as possible! Sending cooler air to TEXAS!!!!

I do remember Tammy. By the way, did they ever come back and fix the ceiling? I must have missed it somewhere.

We did put fans out, so it helped. It is actually pretty cold this morning in the LR. We pulled Chris' twin size matress in the LR and made some pallets and the boys slept in the LR. DH and I slept in our own bed, but it was ok. The window unit is in the LR and we sealed up the rest of the house to keep it cool in the LR. I know by the afternoon I will be sweating again.

I need to put a call in to the repairman.

Sorry Michelle! I hope you are able to have it fixed soon! It's too bad my DH wasn't in town! At least you have a window ac unit and are able to sleep cooler in your livingroom!

Nope Michelle...they never did. It is patched,but they never came back to sand it down and repaint. It's something we can do,and will,but it's the whole point you know...how they can keep or have customers while they do sloppy work,or never come back to finish! They are one of a few a/c companies in our town,I guess they get "local" customers. Supposedly the best to..
