Default Accentuate the positive (sorry i am so late with this ladies)

what's your positives this week? I promise i will be more on top of things next time!!

the kids are willing to try just about any concoction i put in front of em, lol. Last night's dinner and tonights were prime examples.

DS1 is getting to like writing his little stories down. Mind you he's only five so the stories that get to the paper might only make sense to he and I, but it sure feels good to see such a enjoyment of storywriting blossoming in him.

    next?

I've had a great week of time with family. We're going to a wedding tonite, the son of a close friend. We're all looking forward to it. It will be outdoors in a beautiful setting.

*We have some tomatoes coming on our six tomato plants out back. I hope they make it.

*I went downtown to pick up something for DH this morning. I was enjoying the city for a moment. Listening to the street musicians, smelling fresh brewed coffee, passing Ben and Jerry's very quickly!

*The sun is shining and today is very simple.

Umm - my husband has a job after 10 months? (STILL doing the happy dance!)

    Other than that..

    1. Was able to actually cook using some of the vegetables from my container garden
    2. I received 2 different product tests this week, will be able to spice up my personal routine a bit
    3. This was my first week of my new raise (will see it in next week's paycheck)

Well, we have been having a house guest on and off most of the summer, but he didn't stay with us this week for some reason but it was nice to have some time alone with DH.

We're all happy and healthy and safe. We've got lots of food, lots of comforts and by the end of the day, all the bills will be paid.

Our extended families are all healthy and happy.

I've got several excellent books on the go! I love reading. I'm also teaching myself ot play guitar which is wonderful and I'm very proud!

    Bright Blessings!
