    Default Minors flying unaccompionied??

Just wondering if anyone else deals with this. My ds (12) recently flew out to stay with his grandparents in CA. I'm learning there are quite a few people in this world who have to deal with this and wondering if there were anyone here??

I've had my kids fly to Fl to see my Db. I was terrified! My DB is a pilot and explained its an every day occurance and perfectly safe. It was 50$ extra per kid to have to attendant supervise them. They were very through and careful with the kids.

I also had a good experiance though how NERVE-RACKING!! And WHAT was with all the plane crashes as of late?? Its enough to make a mother grey but Spirit took very good care of him. Wew had to pay $40 each way. And they were very careful with who was picking him up, ID's etc.

Doesn't help you any today but back in 1974 I traveled from NY to California by plane to live with family members I'd never met before. Supposidly had someone making sure I got where I needed to go. I got me where I needed to go, I was 13.
Nowadays I think they have better security for such things and take very good care of their wards. What an adventure for your kids, hope they had a good time
