I realized I'm getting old

Oh my aching legs! We did the state fair again today. . . . When we were there on Sunday, I special ordred some things for Christmas gifts. They were there today when I went to get them! Woo Hoo-- Alis Chalmers WD45 Christmas lights for my dad, and tiny toy ones for Zach and Noah!

We took Brenda and Zach with us (Brenda is Doug's girlfriend)-- neither of them had ever been to the state fair before-- so we saw it ALL-- the new piglets, milked a cow, watched the horse shows, watched the bake off, watched a hypnotist, listened to bands. . . . . . . ate corn dogs, lemon shake ups and walked more than I have in ages! OH- we did the sky ride too-- in spite of my terror with heights.

Home now, and exhausted-- thank goodness I'm off work tomorrow too.

Glad you had a good time Denise..... . But I know how you feel. I realized that I certainly ain't as good as I once was when I was re-doing my living room recently. Hope you can sleep over the aching in your legs....
