I work 2nd shift and don't get home till 10:45 or so. So I usually watch some tv or go on the pc and wind down from work..so it's usually around midnight or later depending on how tired I am

Well it is almost 2am here, and I'm still awake.

Sometimes I fall asleep in my recliner at 9pm but most nights is like tonight. Oh and I'll be up by 6 at the latest.~~ Dee ~~

Yikes! I can sleep anywhere, anytime.
I generally go to bed around 8pm, read a while or occasionally watch TV. I'm always asleep by 9pm. I get up, without an alarm, at 4am.

It's usually around midnight before I get off to bed, I don't sleep well so even if I go earlier it makes no difference. I usually catch up with some sleep in the mornings when I find it easier.

We've been going to bed around 8 pm -- we get up at 4 am. Occasionally we'll stay up "late" -- 8:30 or 9:00. But when DH starts his new job in 3 weeks all that will change. He won't get off till midnight so it will probably be 1 or 2 before we actually get to bed. I've found that it's best for both of us to be on the same schedule and since I work from home I can do that. Years ago he worked overnight for awhile -- that one was really hard for me.
