    Smile Woohoo! Instant cleaning reward!

I finally decided to clean out the rat's nest my front closet had become. You couldn't even step into it to get to a jacket.

I even cleaned out my old purses. And found $40 in one! So now I have a clean closet, plus I went to Goodwill and got a Little Tykes chalkboard and chalk, two sweaters to make into butt sweaters, a ton of gold and red beaded garland to decorate for the solstice, and a gift box of barbecue implements for a holiday gift for my FIL, who is impossible to buy for. And I still have $8 left!

Lol, I thought butt sweaters were extra long sweaters to keep your butt warm, lol.

A butt sweater is a wool diaper cover made by felting, cutting, and sewing an adult size wool sweater. It's the cheapest way to get wool covers!

    See here for instructions: http://www.diaperfabric.com/store/WsAncillary.asp?ID=3

Here's my daughter in one (the left leg rode up, I really didn't sew it so crooked!)

ROFL I was thinking the same thing.

butt sweaters, gotta tell my sister this one. She'll love it.

I like butt sweaters better than soakers. Sounds more this century.

Gees, you would think I would know that. I was a diaper hyena for a while, until we determined that cloth covers were just not going to work for DD.

I do have some lovely Little Lambs diapers, and I even talked my mother into trying to make me some wool soakers. I guess I just never heard them caled butt sweaters.
