Can someone in TX help me??
Is Cooperas Cove in the evacuation zone? I have an uncle there that i haven't been able to contact, and I am beginning to panic.
North of San Antonio, South West of Waco, West of Temple if that helps...~~ Missy ~~

Missy, Copperas Cove may end up with some winds and rain from the outterbands, but I am not sure. The first projected path was taken Rita up I35 to Waco. Now it has moved east so it is pulling away from that area. Now it is suppose to head up I45.

By the way, Copperas Cove was never in any evacuation area.
