Default I can't believe it, but Gripey agreed to...

try a couple of days of meatless meals per week!!! This is HUGE. Never before has he ever agreed to skip meat in a meal. He was very receptive. I may have to change his name to More Agreeable.

He's either mellowing or you wore him down Lisa. Maybe a combo of the both. Enjoy!

Good for you! I had to wean mine. lol My dh just loves homemade mac and cheese. I used to put ham in it but, over a period of time the ham became less and less until it disappeared completely! I just think it's healthier without. Now if I could just work on those fats and carbs.......

Great news. My DH is not eating meat now at home but he takes it on his sandwiches to work. He says he feels better for it, but says he still like meat sometimes. Maybe this will fade away.

I hope it works out for Gripey, Lisa. Good luck.
