know what I did lol
I made the carrot cake today.Just used 2 round cake pans...well,I put the cake together and forgot to put the icing on the first cake layer

Sounds good to me! I usually end up scraping of most of the icing on cakes anyhow. I'm not that crazy over icing but I love cake!
