Default Newbie from England saying hello!

From what I've seen this is a predominantly American site but there's such a good vibe here that I thought I'd join anyway! If there are others from the UK here, it'd be nice to chat..

I'm not sure what information you need/want about me, I'm nearly 30, no kids (unfortunately) but one , currently sharing a rented flat but moving in with my partner next summer. He's the most frugal person I know (which is good, I need someone like him around!! ). I've been having financial problems for the past five or so years, things got better for a while but I'm back in my pit of despair again, trying hard to get myself out but I'm not doing such a good job at the moment (hence I figured finding myself at home at a website like this might be good).

Anyway, enough of being a grumpy guts, pleased to meet you and I look forward to speaking to some of you soon...
