    Thumbs down Too much control??? Warning rant!

    Ok some of you have read my saga with the DNR in my" Worried and a tad mad "thread.  So thats one big growl!!!!

    Wisconsin just passed a bill requiring all property owners to register all livestock . I just had to go to the Wisconsin site and register my two pet ducks.

    I understand they want to know who has what incase of outbreaks of mad cow etc bit personally I think this level of gov. control is a bit frightning!
    ~July 19 saving goal for event $104/$1000

    LOL Cheryl! The news said WI is the first state to make this law and recieved a 3 million dollar federal grant. It looked like 35 other states were looking to also do it.
