    Angry How frustrating!!!

Our rent is due by the 5th of the month or there is a late fee. I hate late fees!!! (Blockbuster recovery member)

So, on the evening of the 4th we dropped our rent check in the secured lock box at the office. We pay with a bank check so the money is out and I can do no harm.

Guess what...I got a late notice. And now I have to wait until the office opens tomorrow to see if they even got it (late notice indicates they didn't) or if they are just blind.

    UGHHH!!!

At least I have the day off

    Thanks for letting me vent.

That stinks... Hopefully it all works out for you and they will not charge you the late fee.

That reminds me of a report I saw about credit card companies letting payments sit on a desk until the "said due date" passed and then trying to charge people for checks that were mailed in 2 weeks earlier! Surely they will take that off.....???
