It's looking good
We have some people interested in buying our store. DH and I will "retire" if we sell it. We spoke to the couple on the phone last Saturday and they said that they'll be up sometime in the next month. They live in Sydney, 1000kms south.
They phoned the store this morning and asked if they came up next Monday could they work in the store for a couple of hours to see if they could cope with it.
They also asked if there was much work around for the IT husband.
It's looking very positive. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us.

Taking a 5 minute break from studying and saw your post. That is awesome news. I just knew it was would sell quickly. It's a lovely store, great price and good location too. Lots of luck and hoping they indeed buy.
