Default Good golly, I haven't been up this late...

    ...since Maggie was a newborn.

Don't know why I am still up. Maggie actually took a nap today, but I was busy the whole time.

I really, really need to go to sleep! I am on-call this weekend and will probably get woken up nice and early because I don't think I have a strong crew working.

    Oh, sleeeeep, where are you?????

Kimberlina, I hope you got some much needed sleep. It's terrible when you know you should be sleeping but can't.

    I hate that feeling.

Hey Kimberlina try 1/4 tsp of epsom salts and a couple of calcium magnesium supplements.

it's less than the amt that gives the runs, but I swear by epsom salts as a natural muscle relaxant and sleep aide. Just a 1/4 tsp or less, and with a couple cal mag tablets.
