    Default Do you have a favorite childhood momento?

    I have the stuffed Eeyore that my Daddy bought for me when I was 12 at Disneyland. Old Eeyore has listened to a lot, and never said a word. He even went with DD when she has her tonsils out.

    I also have another stuffed dog I called Bojangles. But, he has some holes in his little overalls, and though they have been patched, I keep him on the top shelf of the closet so the girls don't mess with him.

    I have my teddy bear that was bought for me by my auntie/godmother when I was 2 months old. He is very threadbare and patched but as he will be 56 this Christmas I suppose you can expect it!
    He is one of my treasured possessions.

    I have a set of porcelain dolls my nana and mum collected for me over the years, They are sat in a box collecting dust at the moment waiting till Ciara is old enough not to break Them LOl, I will give them too her then and add some more for her.

    I have a porcelain ballerina doll that my parents got me for Christmas one year, it actually is still with my Mom. She keeps it in one of her dresser drawers. We are going to her house for Thanksgiving so I think I might bring it back home with me!! The other momento I have is a garnet birthstone ring my Dad got me when I was 5. I've never had it sized to fit me now that I am all grown up!

    I have my teddy bear...he is also threadbare like Julia's...He has been with me for 43 years...my sister gave him to me when I was 3, her boyfriend won him for her at a carnival...Ted started my life long love of bears...when my teddy bear workshop is complete he will be displayed in a glass case, with a sign saying "Our Founder"...

    I have 6 royal albert teacups given to me for 6 birthdays by my God mother.

    And I have some old Christmas ornamnents from my childhood that mean so much to me!
