Nine is probably "STAFF CHIEF" as in the police department... "Deputy Staff Chief so and so" I do believe it is a title for some policemen. I googled "staff chief" and got Chief of Staff and Staff Chief... Just thought I'd let ya know...

2012 Goals
Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out. Half done-Until BIL and SIL stored their stuff--now back to square 1.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
FIND A NEW JOB!!!
