Wink Think Santa would fill this wish for me?

I really want to move back to Kentucky. Think if I send Santa a letter he would fill this wish for me?

Well, I'm here in KY, and I'm sure Santa will bring you back if you are a good girl As for the giant Perryville Farm, how will that fit in Santa's sleigh?

Wow! that looks gorgeous but I cant get over how cheap that is - if you bought something like that over here it would cost easily over a million!

Love the rolling hills. Funny that it's located on Poorhouse Rd.

There IS nothing like that here! Wow! A 3,000 sq ft house on 30+ acres for $350k!!!! Just the house would be over $400k here ... on a tiny sliver of an acre!

True! You may want to make sure Santa has an extra seat in his sleigh that night. As for the comments about the excellent price, Perryville is quite a ways out from the closest "big city" (Lexington), I'd put it more like an hour if not more than the 30-40 min estimate. There is a lot of traffic between Lexington and neighboring Nicholasville (the route). Prices in the Lexington area are higher and there is no land to be had around here. If anyone wants to buy some wonderful KY land, home, business, etc. check out www.lbar.com
