He just phoned up and I asked him if he got my email about your aunt. He said he'd read it and was sad to hear she is so ill. He said he remembers helping a lady in a wheelchair during Christmas in November, she had a bit of trouble holding her plate, so he helped her with it and talked to her for a little while. He was out with the diners that night, carving up the roast meats. If your aunt remembers a young man with an Australian accent, that was him.

She is not doing well. They don't expect her to live till Christmas. Little did they know that the Christmas in November may have been her last celebration
