What an afternoon!...m
I feel like crap today - I have the beginnings of a chest infection and the runniest nose imaginable.
well, this afternoon 3 o clock was approaching and I dragged myself up to go and get Ciara from school. I got Jamie all warm in his Jacket, picked him up and went out to the car to put him in his seat. my darling little munchkin grabbed the door as we went past and slammed it shut!. Never mind I thought, ill just grab the spare key and go back in to get my coat, car keys, house key, purse, phone etc.... I went to our little hiding place and the spare key was gone - someone had forgotton to put the thing back!!!
so here I was outside with nothing and no way to get back in and 5 minutes to go and pick up Ciara, luckily my car was open and I was able to put Jamie in his buggy and I ran nearly all the way to school which is just over a mile...i must have looked like a wild woman by the time I got there! I was nearly sick withe exersion, couldnt breathe and had no tissue for my nose!!
Luckily my friend took pity on me and I went back to her house for 3 hours until DH came home from work, he needless to say is finding this all very amusing * roll eyes*
I'm going to sit down now and have a medicinal hot whisky - I think I deserve it LOL
