Weekend plans?

Ah, it's Friday!! Woohoo!!! I am planning an at home day tomorrow to just bake and make my Christmas candy gifts. I have everything I need down to the gift bags and I just can't wait. Tonight I made a big pot of chili for lunch tomorrow so I won't have to stop and cook. Sunday I think I may just take time for me, reading, relaxing before the wild work week begins.

Today is dh birthday so we will go out for dinner tonight.
I also need to finish Christmas shopping and I'm hoping my hair dresser is working tomorrow so I can get a hair cut.

i have ot get a new tire, then home to rest before i work . they fired another girl so i am back to working all the time. dh is on call and working so we won't be together today

Clean and box. My hubby has a classes for both sat and sun to review for the state real estate exam so I have no vehicle. Plus I was just informed this week that we have out of town guests staying with us mon thru wed. I have been so busy stressing about my few final tests and essays and boxing up the house to move that I haven't actually cleaned in forever.

Would like to be able to curl up with a book and veg for a bit, but not possible. Bummer.

Katie and I are going to see Amahl and the Night Visitors at a local theater. My high school chorus did this at several middle schools, and I still remember some of the songs. I wanted to share it with Katie.

DH and Amanda are going to a birthday party today. My Secret Sister at church gave me a ticket to see the Rockettes with my Sunday School class - and we are going tomorrow. Sometime we still need to put up our tree!

Busy weekend here!
Today we took the kids to the Dollar Tree to do their shopping. They buy for dh & I, their teachers (found beautiful painted glass Christmas ornaments in velvet boxes), and their school gift exchanges.
We also braved the mall

and Walmart. We finished my dad, my grandfather, my mom, MIL, and FIL. Tomorrow dh & I will go without the kids to finish stocking stuffers and buy for the neices & nephews we drew names for.
THEN I have to wrap it all

Gripey and I finished up our last little bit of Christmas shopping yesterday. Today we got up, worked out, had brunch (which he cooked) and then showered and went to a funeral. When we got home I had a small bit of decorating to do and folded some clothes. I have the sheets off my bed in the dryer waiting to be put back on. We're going out to eat after while and no plans at all tomorrow. (I'm going off to starve due to the prep for the colonoscopy tomorrow...clear liquids
