How did you start off the new year?

We went to church this morning, afterward, dh took dd to work (she got dirty, freaked out and wanted to come home and take a bath)

While dd was at work with daddy ds1 &2 and I went shopping.

We did house cleaning

we unwound by watching the Muppets and I picked up a quilting project I had set aside for a long time and started handquilting it again. It's a pieced flag quilt.

How funny about your dd!!!

Today I cleaned the living room
Got all my crocheting stuff organized
Did the dishes
Vacuumed
3 loads laundry
Folded and put away
Made dinner
Washed dishes again
Cleaned out the fridge
Played here at the Village and elsewhere online

Dh did

played game on computer
played his football game(Nintendo)
ate lunch
ate supper

LOL....it is his last day off before returning to work tomorrow night, he has been off since the 22nd of Dec. So I guess he did exactly what I might have done if I was in his shoes!!

I only went out to get the FAR items at Walgreens. Took down all the Christmas decorations, did some OAMC.
Put together a huge bag of clothes for Goodwill from a declutter of my closet.
Mostly just relaxed!

Went to work at the hospital. holiday pay was $54/hr. Worked for 12 hours. Feet were very tired.
Came right home jumped onto the forum and read until I went to sleep at 9:30p

I was sick and in bed all day. That was not how I wanted to spend my day........ Thier was no one home until mid afternoon...... I feel a little better today
