Wow- this is kind of a sad statement.
I Googled "grow guide" to see if I could find an updated page for the dseed starting guide that doesn't seem to be working properly.
Almost every single link on the first page was a guide to growing marijuana.
Who'd-a-thunk-it?

That is so sad! However I cannot say that I am surprised, not in this day and age.

I am not surprised.
I know in highschool, 3 of 5 of the kids I knew were attempting to grow pot. Right on post (I was an army kid) in some cases.

Sorry. Just read the other thread and realized that the link doesn't work at all.

Hydroponic gardening which started out with such promise for gardening in extreme climates or out on space stations has now had a big boom, only it's in the grow ops.
they are a horrifying policing problem here in BC where many homes are ruined by that trade. (moisture, fungi, rot follow the high humididty in grow op houses).
I wish the judges would start handing down extra severe long sentences in which the parasites who do this are forced to work slave labour style to pay off their debt to society and their landlords who often have to demolish the houses after these types have been thru.
Might teach them to work a decent job and make an honest living.
so sorry.
Is there anything I can look up or find out for you in terms of growing advice?

I was just looking to see if the Seed starting calendar that I swear by (and posted here early last year) had been deposited somewhere else on the net, sdince it doesn't seem to be working altogether properly. I don't actually need it, as I printed it all out for my specific dates/region last year, but I thought it might be helpful to others.
(Though as I said in my other post, Tiffany seems to have gotten it to work.)
Thanks, though!
And I never thought about the physical destruction that something like a marijuana operation would wreak. Interesting....
