Where did you meet your dh/so?

I was working part time after school at a freight company. He was driving one of the trucks. At the time I first met him, he was dating a good friend of mine. She broke up with him and the rest is history.

My junior year in high school, I was cutting gym on a regular basis and instead going to lunch with my best friend, Kim. Kim had been eating with a friend of ours, Joe, and his friend, Rob. I met Rob and was blown away. We went to the junior prom together and started dating. We broke up and dated again and broke up again throughout the next few years, but remained friends, and after we graduated from our colleges (he in NJ, me in Ohio) we started really hanging out together again and realized that it really was meant to be. That was in 1994 and we've been together ever since!

I met him at an indoor archery shoot. I used to go every Saturday and one day he walked in with his mom and sister (I was 15 he was 17). He finally got the nerve up to talk to me that night and I gave him my phone number. I kept sneaking peeks at him all night lol

We met in Mexico! We were on the same tour and got separated from the group (I swear it was accidental!). I was 17, he was 18.

He worked with a friend of mine from high school. The friend invited DH out to some haunted houses with us.

Junior Farmers! Our paths crossed a few times, but we really got to know eachother in April of '93 at a county banquet. The next weekend at another dance he offered to take me to my Gr 13 formal since my current "boyfriend" of the time didn't want to go. That was supposed to be our first date, but 2 weeks before that he asked me to go to a wedding with him (May 15th '93). We were married 2 years, 2 days to the date of our first date.

10 yrs, 3 kids and still going strong!

Dh was in the army and there was an article in our local paper asking girls to write to soldiers. I wrote a letter and he got mine. I met him two months later when he came home on leave and came to my parents house unannounced!

In a pub in London - me and a friend went in for a quiet drink not realising it was karyoke night, Dec was singing ( very badly LOL) and he walked past our table afterwards and offered to buy us a drink, the rest is history! He used to work there part time and I had seen him many times but never talked to him

Actually a friend of mine knew him and said there is someone you should date. I told her I could find my own dates. Then about 6 months later I was dating one of his friends and after we broke up I ran into him at a cookout. We were engaged 4 months later and married 4 months after that. It'll be 20 years in May. Love him and wouldn't know what to do without him.

In summer of 1989, I worked at a convience store (I had just moved back to Tx with my MeMe since my brother had died.) and he would come by and get gas and drinks. I was dating someone else at the time, but 1 yr later, we started dating and we married on July 4,1992.
