Have you ever....
met or spotted a celebrity?
Dh and I have both spotted several country music singers, we used to live in Nashville. Some were Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Teri Clark, Wynona and Naomi Judd!
Dh worked for a moving company there and moved Sammy Kershaw and Lorrie Morgan and Alan Jackson!!

Nothing like that, but when I was a kid, they were filming the movie Stand By Me up I-5 from where I use to live... I was working my first job as a bean picker, and one of the girls brought some "friend" of theirs to work one day and was going on about how he was an actor and his whole family were actors and how they all had unusual names... I ran home and sceamed that I had just met River Phoenix... I still remember that to this day... My mom had no clue who I was talking about. Then the promos for the movie came out and she was like "WOW, you met him?"... That was my brush with the famous... LOL
My dad was sitting at a bar near where I grew up (population 800), and a guy walked in and sat beside him and ordered a beer and got to talking to my dad, and it ended up being Clint Eastwood... He was so in shock that he was just an ordinary person, he forgot to get his autograph... Oh well.....Bonnie mom to

I grew up at the jersey shore so we had lots. I also wrote for a few papers and did the groupie thing so if there was an 80's hair band I probably met them. Kirsten Dunst used to spend a lot of time at her aunt's house during the summers, so she was around a lot, pre-fame. The guys in Bon Jovi are always sweet, I had lunch with Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols (pizza on the boardwalk during an Mtv shoot), I interviewed Frank Zappa over the phone for my high school sociology project, I had a bad habit of just walking up and starting a conversation with people.

Yes, I spotted Franklin Graham when he was in Winnipeg.
We will also have the chance to see a number of movie stars in the near future, since we are having a movie made here.
I've seen a number of hockey stars when we had the Winnipeg Jets in Winnipeg.
I met Terry Fox when he was on his run and I've also met Rick Hansen when he was on his Wheels in motion tour.

I spoke to Bob Newhart on the phone when he stayed in the hotel where I was working. He ordered pizza, and he HAD to have Pepsi, even though we served Coke products.
I also met Terry Bradshaw in that same restaurant.

Also Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn lived by my parents when he was in Nebraska directing a film. He used to go to a neighbothood bar we did.
